F&B Consultores was founded by Paula Fuentes Bueso, as the first company specialised in locating, assessing and selecting lawyers for law firms and companies in Spain.
F&B expands its services and begins to offer career guidance for lawyers of all categories, supporting their development and growth throughout their careers.
F&B begins its digital transformation, expanding its career guidance services to executives of all categories, opening new opportunity pathways for executive talent.

Paula Fuentes Bueso holds a Law Degree and a Master’s Degree from IE Business School (1995), a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and completed the Senior Management Programme in Digital Business at The Valley (2016). She is also a European Coaching School-accredited coach, a Certified Professional Coach (ICF, 2009) and has completed training in NLP (2012). In 2022, she was certified in Happiness Studies by the Happiness Studies Academy (HSA), the first academic programme specialised in generating happiness at the individual, interpersonal and organisational levels.
Paula has been a member and head of the Woman in a Legal World talent committee and has worked on initiatives such as Women on Boards and Women to Watch. She is currently a member of the Madrid Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and WomenCeo.
Her career began in the Financial Area of Gómez-Acebo y Pombo, but it was in 1995 in Human Resources and Staff Selection that she found her true vocation. She worked at firms including Ward Howell Executive Search and Seeliger & Conde before founding F&B Consultores in 2004, the first firm specialised in the search and selection of lawyers for law firms and companies.
Her work currently focuses on selecting legal and board member profiles, as well as providing career advice and guidance to senior lawyers and executives in a range of sectors, helping them to plan their careers and strengthen their personal brand through self-knowledge. This facet, which focuses on personal and professional development, has become increasingly relevant in her daily work, supported by more than 40 years’ experience in the industry.
In addition to her consulting work, Paula gives workshops on conflict management, emotional management, career opportunities, personal branding and career planning. She also actively collaborates with the Madrid Bar Association and various universities and institutions such as IE Univeristy, the School of Legal Practice, the University of Navarra, the University of Alcalá de Henares, the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and the International University of La Rioja, on projects concerning professional development and employability.

With a Law Degree from the University of Navarra and Master’s Degree in Institutional Relations from the International School of Protocol, Guiomar is also a European Coaching School-accredited coach. After several years in the Corporate Affairs area at national and international companies, where she strengthened corporate reputation and managed relationships with various stakeholders, she began her career in Human Resources on joining F&B Consultores. Guiomar specialises in selecting legal talent and providing career guidance for lawyers.
She has been a partner at F&B Consultores Legal Executive Search since 2024.
