En este trabajo sin \u00e1nimo de Lucro, hemos aprendido muchas cosas gracias a los cincuenta y un dirigentes de compa\u00f1\u00edas que han querido compartir con nosotros su punto de vista sobre lo que est\u00e1 pasando con la digitalizaci\u00f3n, empleo y futuro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: normal; font-size: medium;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/consultoresfb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Blog.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11796\" src=\"http:\/\/consultoresfb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Blog.jpg\" alt=\"Digitalizaci\u00f3n, empleo y futuro.\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: normal; font-size: medium;\">Conclusiones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: normal; font-size: medium;\">La era digital supone un cambio en la manera de concebir los negocios, los datos est\u00e1n en el aire y como consecuencia la informaci\u00f3n se democratiza haciendo un mundo de negocios realmente global. Los datos nos permiten tomar decisiones de forma objetiva y precisa, se mejora en la gesti\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: normal; font-size: medium;\">La desintermediaci\u00f3n de determinados procesos nos permite trabajar desde un lugar diferente al de la \u201coficina tradicional\u201d se acaba con las jerarqu\u00edas y las compa\u00f1\u00edas van hacia estructuras horizontales\/l\u00edquidas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: normal; font-size: medium;\">En el corto plazo se destruye empleo, pero en el largo se crear\u00e1n nuevos puestos de trabajo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: normal; font-size: medium;\">El talento es el combustible de esta nueva era, por lo que la gesti\u00f3n del talento es la clave.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: normal; font-size: medium;\">Se hace urgente ir a un cambio radical en la educaci\u00f3n porque ha cambiado el ecosistema.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat; font-weight: normal; font-size: medium;\">Internet acaba con las fronteras, por lo que aparecen nuevas formas de regulaci\u00f3n del mercado <em>BlockChain<\/em>.
